I have over a decade of experience providing in person and virtual lactation support and education across the globe in English and Spanish.
I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, La Leche League Leader volunteer, parent facilitator, and a mother of two amazing children. I have a certification in Human Development. I work with a research team in a neonatal project in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
My background and studies are in human resource management and Health Science with a major in Integrated Human Health, providing me with knowledge and skills in relevant human bioscience areas (including sleep, exercise, nutrition, genetics and the environment). Empowering you to find the right intervention and prevention strategies and their role in improving your health outcomes.
My experience of raising our children in the various communities where we have lived, in North and South America, Oceania and the Middle East has helped me to appreciate the value of personal connections and reliable resources for families. This experience inspired me to look for ways to assist others in their family journeys.
